The most select olive oil, obtained from the best olives in the region of Villa del Reo and Montoro, comes in 90% from picual variety with a small percentage of hojiblanca. Picual is the most cultivated throughout Spain, its fruit is black in the maturation phase, medium in size and with a characteristic elliptical shape and pointed at the lower end.
